Integrated programme classroom
Three contractors.
One critical path.
Corrisdale Water is building a raw water pumping station on the River Corris and a 1.1 km transfer main to a new reservoir. The work is split across three contracts. Your job is to plan it as one programme: find the critical path, manage every handover between contractors, and defend the completion date when things go wrong.
The longest path
Where the critical path changes hands
Critical activities in sequence from Notice to Proceed to handover. Each colour change is a handover from one contractor to the next, where one contractor's delay becomes another's problem.

Planned progress
Cumulative progress by contractor
Duration-weighted planned progress from the current schedule. The steep middle section is where all three contractors are on site at once.

Interface management
Handovers between contractors
Every arrow below is a contractual handover: one contractor finishes something another needs. The gold diamond is the interface milestone the integrator tracks. Float shows how long the receiver could wait before completion moves.

Scenario lab
Predict it, then run it
Each scenario changes the live integrated programme. Make your prediction first, then run it. The CPM engine reschedules every activity and shows who is affected, by how much, and why.
Scope & basis
What is being built, and on what assumptions
The controlled teaching basis behind the programme: quantities, duration assumptions, readiness gates, contract dates, and how every activity maps to the 3D model.
Learn & quiz
How integrated programmes work
Seven short lessons, each linked to the live model, then a ten-question check. The knowledge check has two modes: a baseline assessment frozen at the current revision, and practice on your own scenario and edits.
